Tuesday, June 30 workouts

I should stick with one thing instead of slapping things together like I did today.

Ballet Beautiful Total Body arms, abs (15 mins total)
Xtend Barre arms (10 mins?)
Strong Stride planks 2, back 2 (11 mins)

What did you (will you) do today?

Char -- If it's any consolation, I can't stick to one thing. If that's wrong, I don't want to be right.

On vacation now, so lots of activity! Tired and happy.

While husband asleep: Skinny Sculpt + Pilates Perfect Body (Abs)
With husband beside me: five mile walk on the beach
With husband working on kitesurfing: kayaking in the waves

What? Is it snack time now? Yes, yes it is!

Cathe's MIS Upper Body only. Still a really good workout and I love that it was just straight lifting - no tubing, no ball, no pulsing, 16 or 12 reps, 2 sets and done.
