Get Ripped Slim and Lean

Still need to sub floor work in for lunges since I am limited to exercises where the entire foot is flat on the floor due to a fractured toe.

Never thought I'd ever say this, but I miss lunges, lol!

About 35-40 minutes of Lucy's Celebration of Equality Soul Sweat class (so fun to dance around ) and ripped with hiit upper body circuit with no hits (basically just the strength moves (also awesome ). I did the strength moves only premix from the lower body hiit circuit workout last week and loved that too. They are around 30-35 minutes of strength moves that really get you sweating and get the job done. Thanks to the VF'er who suggested them. I get the best ideas here!
