I had found the Total Body Strength Training covers on Amazon, but when I signed out of my account so I could post a link I could not find them again!
If anyone has any luck, please post. I think I am most interested in the circuit and stretch and relax dvds.

I watched the video previews on the fusion one and the walking one (link in original thread). Hmmm. The fusion one has the gliders? I was hoping for her traditional fusion stuff I guess. The walking one looks good, but the "Fast Walk" appears to be more higher impact stuff.
Oh well, even if I don't like some of the content, the sunshine and ocean win out. I can modify anything! No other previews of the other ones yet. |
