What do you wear to work out in

Do you have special workout clothes or do you wear any old thing?

sport bra, not fancy: Hanes her way. I have two, and wear one with one of two t-shirts: usually one that's gray, long, tight-ish, to mid-thigh, probably intended originally as a nightgown -- it has spaghettis straps, a bit of lace at the neckline. the rest of the time, looser shorter black t-shirt from my fatter days. sometimes socks and shoes.

At home, sports bra and shorts or sometimes yoga pants. At the gym, sports bra covered by sleeveless or short-sleeved breathable top and yoga pants. I update my workout wardrobe a few times a year - lots of Activa, Athleta and Title 9 gear.

Sweat pants and a t-shirt. Now that it's finally getting warmer here I'll probably switch to any old shorts and a tee. I always wear socks and shoes cuz my workout area (family room) is carpet over concrete slab and I tend to get shin splints if I don't. I don't own any real workout clothes - not even a sports bra!

I wear yoga pants from Old Navy (long or cropped, depending on the season) and one of my LLBean Saturday tees. My shoes are New Balance 1006 crosstrainers, soon to be replaced by whatever their successor is.

Used to always be tee shirt with either sweats or shorts.
Then accidentally added Denise Austin workout Spandex shorts in Amazon cart.
Then VF-instigated Champion shopping.

So now I use sports bra, spandex shorts. I always wear tee shirt on top.
Looking for long-sleeve full-length unitard.

I really find the Spandex shorts somehow keeps the abs in and therefore feel I can exercise better..dunno, if it makes sense but I feel fairly confident jumping on rebounder when I have the spandex thingi...

I wear exercise shorts from San Diego Fit. Most of my tops are from Norm Thompson. The are tank tops with a built in underwire bra.

Have quite a range of clothing from gym days - made nix as the 'bought-mades' were too high in the waist. Everything close to the body - hate clothing that I notice.

Lycra shorts (call these 'nix') - in fun prints;
Sports bra - ALWAYS!! - hate that jiggly business;
Singlet - action back as straps fall down on me;
Shoes & thick socks - except for pilates, yoga & ball work
Hair firmly tied back in a plait.

If running--Enell sports bra, wicking t-shirt, baggy shorts (just above knee length), compression shorts, all in wicking materials. Mostly in black.

Cardio/strength--regular sports bra, wicking t-shirt or slightly fitted (not snug) tank, baggies + compression shorts. Mostly in black.

Cold weather--I add a long-sleeved wicking top, Hind pants, gloves, hat, etc.

Shoes--Mizuno Wave Alchemy + thin wicking sox. The sox have "Iron Man" printed on them which always makes me smile, since I don't swim at all and have no interest whatsoever at this point in doing a triathlon.
