So I did BM2 Bootcamp premix up to Power Circuit 3. This one is my favorite. Love the side jumping across the step. Still going to repeat 1-3 next week because I had trouble with PC 2. During PC 4 and the bonus I did alternate step/knee with 20s dumbbell. My step is 6” which is the lowest height of the Reebok.
I started with 10s, then 15s and today used 20s because needed to increase my HR. Cardio capacity has improved! Total 100 step/knee during the Bonus cardio section. Stepping up and down is what is helping me with cardio and leg strength. I’m feeling good
