Because of this thread, I just did Burn & Firm Pilates and it reminded me how much I used to like it - and still do. It sneaks up on you. I like cardio/pilates workouts that use light weights for UB. I also have Super Slim Down Pilates Yoga Blend but haven't done it in couple of years. I should try that one next although as I remember, it doesn't use weights but the workout itself is pretty good.

Pat, is Fat Burning Pilates the one that has some live music/drums in it? I used to have it and maybe still do since I rarely get rid of my workouts.

Is Buff Girl any good? was it renamed? i ask because it's weirdly absent from anywhere on the web, shopping or youtube.

Buff Girl only was released on VHS.

A VF member put it on Daily Motion, but I want to ask her permission before posting a link to it.

Buff Girl Fitness (BGF) is a distributor/producer for Ellen's Studio and Live workouts. I wasn't aware that there was a workout with that actual name and that it was released on VHS. If you can post the link to it Sherry, I would be very interested to see what it is.

Dana- I wrote to the person who posted it. I will let you know when I hear back. She may have posted the standing section and left out the floor work.

I had Ballet Pilates years ago. I think I gave it to someone else here. That was also a Vhs only release.
