Me too, Jane! I don't mind a little intensity once in awhile. I did a few weeks of Chris Freytag's Get Your Body Back earlier in the fall, and the change up was nice - but in general, my preference is to be able to breathe when I'm working out and there is something meditative about steady state work. I used to jog and would find it very relaxing once I hit my "groove"
