In addition to the other Cathe workouts listed, Cathe's Push Pull is a sleeper for her but a very good strength workout. Heavy up - the reps are 10-12 per set and you alternate between pushing/pulling exercises, so chest/back, bi/tri, etc. Has some great premixes on it.
Kelly Coffey Meyer's newest, Muscle Up, is also an excellent choice.
