Right. I don't go out for the day, or to work, with just a house key, but I do go running with just a house key. (Well, when I used to run, I did.)

I use a spibelt, the kind you can attach a race bib to. I mostly got it because I hate pinning the numbers to my clothes. I also put my phone in it. Between the Sparkleskirt and the spibelt, I sometimes look a little silly with all the things I have stuffed in various pockets!

It doesn't bounce. The one issue I have with it is that it seems to ride up a bit. I like to wear it really low, around my hips, and it'll slide up and go towards my waist sometimes. If you can't find one at a local store, I highly recommend Running Warehouse. They have free two-day shipping and returns, so you could order a few different belts and send back the ones you don't like.
