I am! I do 3 hrs of Ballet Body a week. How I do it is I write out what I'm doing a week in advance. I pick 1-2 upper body, 1 ab, 1-2 lower body and a stretch. I basically just rotate between all the segments. The reason I write it all down (I always write down my workouts anyway though) is so that I know what segments I haven't done recently. I aim to do 3 cardio sessions per week as well. HTH!
