yea-it is the right one!
I got the dvd yesterday and yes-it is Total Body Blast! I am going to try it today! You do have to be careful on amazon that you are in fact getting the right thing from the sellers other than amazon themselves! $6 dollars is a good deal-espesially since I hade some $ in my trade-in account too! It was only enough to cover the shipping-but hey. Thanks for all the input so far- I will give my input after I do the workout!

you got a fabulous deal! Even if you aren't wild about it, you can trade it or sell it for alot more. Barb S who cannot remember what I traded mine for LOL

total body sculpt is my fave kettlenetics workout. it is the only one that I find challenging.

Well, I liked it a lot! Very good and gets a LOT done in 30 minutes! I used the 4lb kb for this time, but I have a 5lb one and a 10lb one. You can use either for different moves. I am going to "mix it up" next time.
