I'm currently doing a basic Insanity/P90x Hybrid and then I happened to come across this one which was developed by a Beachbody Coach (who's actually doing it.) I thought I'd post it here for any interested to see.
Phase 1: Weeks 1-3

Plyo Cardio Circuit
P90X: Shoulders & Arms
Cardio Recovery
P90X: Legs & Back
Pure Cardio
Rest
Week 4:Recovery

**You could also put in Cardio Recovery as a sub

You can put Cardio Abs/Insane Abs/Ab Ripper in where you see fit.
