Karen Voight's Strong and Smooth Moves - second half (a modifier uses regular dumbbells)

Jennifer Kries uses a very light (3#) weighted bar in All In One Workout and Balanced (Target) Zones.

Billy Blanks Tae Bo Amped (3#) basic 5-workout set.

doesn't one of Janis Saffell's workouts use it? i can't remember*.

*big red flag that i just have way too many workouts

According to her website, Mindy Mylrea has several workouts that use the Body Bar:

All Systems Go
Explode (also uses BOSU)
Energy Action Circuit
Power & Grace
Body Bar & Ball Basics

And doesn't Keli Roberts have a Bosu/Body Bar Workout - Burn (?)

I had a Leisa Hart dvd that used the bar, but I gave it away and I can't remember the name.
Maybe someone else has it????
