Ah! Thank you dahlink! I can see that it would be disappointing to jump into a thread and find that the Rave is about something you already tried and discarded! :0)

I am very pleased with it, but I did just get it, so who knows. Though I usually know right away if something doesn't click with me. Then again a year later it could be my favorite!

What I love about this is that it is great to add to my heavier lifting because it is definitely designed to give you lean muscles, not bulk. Personally I like my muscles to SHOW and have no problem with bulk if it is a muscle, haha, but adding the long/lean toning to the other should keep it right where I like it. Muscular but feminine.

When I first got this set, I hated it because I was into more traditional kettlebell workouts! But, I'm glad I kept my set because I tried it again this year and thought it was fun! Sometimes changing things up and doing something totally different is good!
:-)

I do agree with you about the instructor Michelle. What a great figure she has, and such a tiny waist! (Not that Kettlenetics will give me that tiny waist, but at least she's inspiring!)

I recently got Kettlenetics (the QVC set) and I love it, too! It's very rare that I will repeat any workout within a short time frame but I keep reaching for these because they're fun and efficient. I have to say, though, that "real" kettlebell workouts are now even more intimidating to me than I previously thought...I sweat buckets just using the 4 lb kbell and some of the moves are seriously challenging to this intermediate exerciser.

I'm curious, what is Kettleworx like and how does it compare to Kettlenetics?

Boy, is that true! This little 4# kettlebell killed me. I didn't realize it until late yesterday when my "nice all over warm DOMS" turned into "can't sit down without supporting myself with my arms" because my tush and quads are so sore! I am EMBARRASSED that this little cute thing did me in like that! However, I have been laying off for 3months now, so my body is no longer used to work. I would naturally be more sore than I might normally be from doing this. But you would NEVER do a Kettlenetics workout with a big kb. :0) But I was doing full KB work before this one arrived, and did not get NEARLY as sore. I think all the stabilizers and connective tissues really took a hit with this 'flowing' resistance work!

Question: Do you need a lot of wrist flexbility to do this program?

absolutely not.
most moves show a modified way of holding the kettlebell if you do not want to flip it.
