Anyone still doing Ripple?

I guess not many people have even heard of this oldie.

I remember when Body Bar's Ripple with Claire Dunphy was a red-hot trade on the VF exchange, around 2002. It's still available at bodybars.com, only in VHS or some MP thing that I don't understand; but not DVD. I've had it for years, and took the shrink wrap off today.

I'm keeping it. I have a VCR. Not to do every day or even every week - it's nearly an hour. Today, I had all day but didn't feel perky, and this was perfect. This has a tai chi feel to it, sleepwalking music, lots of torso rotations and challenging balance sequences. I did the lunges onto an incline.

I haven't done this one in years, but I have kept it. I used to like this one and the body bar workouts with Keli Roberts. There is another I used to like called Equanimity, I think. I should try Ripple again soon. I'm wondering if it will seem easier to me now. I remember doing some rotating lunges while holding the body bar in this workout. The body bar workouts seem very low key and therefore probably boring to some.

I do this one and I love it. When I previewed it, the music was a big turn off but when I actually did it, I thought the music enhanced it's enjoyment a lot. It's like you get to relax while working hard at the same time. I really like Clare, too. I definitely recommend this one to my fellow body bar enthusiasts.

I used to love that one. I wonder if I still have it around here somewhere.

I got the VHS last year during a Body Bar sale for like $2 and never did it. Sounds good- I will have to try it.

I've had this one for years and have never done it. It didn't appeal to me on preview but maybe I should try it since I'm between STS and CLX.

The first step in recovery is admitting you have a problem. I can admit I have a problem but I seem to lack the fortitude to do anything about it.

Must go to order Classical stretch now....
