Deluxe set workouts are Flow Motion Dance and Total Body Blast on 2 separate dvds in two separate cases.
Basics set sold retail has the instructional Elements, Flow Motion Basics workout and Cardio Balanced workout dvds in one case.
QVC has the retail basic set dvds plus a toning dvd, and a bonus ballet/stretch dvd (think the ballet and stretch are on one dvd but not sure).

Admittedly I have only done Flow Motion Basics but I REALLY enjoy it!! I have also done some of the 10 minute toning add-ons and they are also very enjoyable. The 4lb kbell is great for this. I certainly enjoy them enough that I would really like to get the 8lb set and have been keeping my eye out for it on YaYas but no luck so far.

As an aside I also like 10M Solution Kettlebell and use a 10lb which is plenty challenging for me.

The set I got has everything the QVC set does -- maybe I got it from them(?)
The ballet and stretch are on one DVD, and are 15 minutes each.
