Yes, thank you, Mamaste! I had hunted all over the Internet for that rotation.

Is this rotation for the advanced DVDs?

no.

the 2 "advanced" DVDs, kb flowMotion Dance and kb Total Body Blast seem to be excluded from the lists of all 3 rotations.

it's advanced in the sense that it uses Flowmotion Basics 1x, and uses cardio balanced at least twice/week compared with the intermediate rotation.

however, the beginning rotation uses cardio balanced twice/week in weeks #2 and 3.

This is the only advanced rotation they ever posted. The club itself was very short lived because there wasn’t much interested. I’ll look again in case I missed something in my files.

Anyway, glad I could help. Being a digital pack rat can be useful occasionally.

Thanks, I have all the DVDs from the original set. I was wondering if the advanced DVDs were different.

Some thoughts: IMO the advanced DVDs substitute for the basics as follows:
Flowmotion Dance is a tougher Flowmotion Basics, and Total Body Blast (includes full Turkish get-ups) is a tougher version of Cardio Balanced which teaches a modified Turkish get-up.

What surprised me when I found the beginner & intermediate rotations was the inclusion of Target Toning. I never knew it existed, b/c I had the "3 workouts on 2 DVDs" set, which counts the one-sided Elements as a workout and does not include Target Toning, which is not available separately. So I got the 4-DVD set and really like Target Toning.
