111-year-old man rode an exercise bike every day

This man, who recently passed, worked out every day, riding a recumbent bike for 30 minutes and doing yoga and grip exercises.

I found this article about him from last year. His diet was good old normal food, including McDonalds!

I ALWAYS read her comics and Ritchie Rich .....

Thanks for the trip down memory lane.

Thanks for posting that. It was super interesting. I love to read stories like that; about longevity and aging well. It keeps me inspired to work out!

He lived "use it or lose it" He never lost it either.

I hope to age half as well as he did.

I loved Little Lotta comics as a kid. She ate big and lifted big!

ditto for both the comic book reminder and the articles about the amazing gentlemen
I was a huge comic book fan and lived across the street from a candy store whose owner gave me first crack at the new weekly arrivals.
I, literally, unwrapped them.
Would like to add Little Dot and Audrey to the memories.
