Geez this really stinks! I'm really sorry this happened. This may be about the worst CS situations I have read about, there is no way I would order from them.

Just wanted to provide an update. Body FX refunded me today, minus the 30$ shipping. That's fine for me. It's way better than getting nothing back!
I'm happy that I was refunded. They didn't answer my emails, so I had given up on a refund. But, I was very happy to see it today. Glad this ordeal is over!

I was chewing my nails off waiting for this update. Thank you! So glad you did get your money back, even though without the shipping. How awful, though, that they lost a customer but it ended well for you. Congrats.
