I just finished STS Total Body and while I really did like it there is still way too much equipment. At one point Cathe even says something about all the stuff strewn about. The only thing she didn't use was the stability ball. I went lighter and kept up the pace rather than heavy and possibly slowing down. For whatever reason it reminded me of Les Mills Pump with Cathe's spin on it--going heavy. It did leave me wiped out at the finish.
I did FF for some of the ab work so maybe the stability ball was there?
