wow - i never knew about this TB premix. i love this disc as split routines, but have never done the combo.

On Cathe's site, it doesn't list a total body premix, just upper and lower options. Do you just combine one of each for a full body routine?

It is a premix on the main menu that first comes up. You'll see pyramid upper on one side of the screen and pyramid lower on the other side. At the bottom center is the premix.
