I just did volume 1. I used my lightest BB, which is 15 pounds, and for me that was too heavy. I'm going to invest in a lighter one soon. Probably 8-10 pounds. I don't want to go too light, because I will outgrow it too fast, but I have to start somewhere better, LOL.
HC 1 = Horizontal Conditioning Volume 1 (there's a really long thread if you're interested in finding out more about the HC workouts!).
