Not to jack this thread but for those that have created a total body workout with BB, how do you divide up your hours? Like 2 lower body, 2 upper and 1 core for a total of about an hour?
When I did total body I would do either 1 thigh, 1 glute and 1 upper body + core or 1 combination lower body, 1 upper body and 1 core or if I was tight on time I would do 1 combination lower body and 1 upper body + core.
