Team Body Project- Boxing with Abs - I only did the first 10 minutes of this workout as I didn't like it. It alternates boxing moves while standing then you go to the floor for an ab move. Too much up and down for my taste.

Chris Freytag- Exercise TV- 10 lb. slimdown cardio kickboxing. I was already in the mood for boxing and had my 1 lb. gloves on so decided on this workout. I liked it!
