Hello everybody. I have not been feeling very well the past few weeks. My workouts have been unplanned. I have just been doing what appeals to me.

T-major cleaning
W-JS WS2 Total Body
T-disc golf
F-Gymra - total body stability ball
We are doing a major cleaning and painting of our house. We are hoping to list it for sale in January. We really want to move out of CA. Life is getting rough here and it doesn't look like it will reverse course. We are retired and live on a fixed income. The cost of living here is outpacing our income so fast. So, off we go. So stressful.
Anyway, that's what I mean by major cleaning as a workout. You will be seeing that a lot in the coming months.
