Disc 2 has 4 workouts
Workout 1
20 - one leg bridge (each side)
20 - dead lifts
20 - sumo dead lifts
20 - side to side sumo dead lifts
20- chest press/twisted sit-ups
30- side to side static lunges
Then repeat.....
