Weights - which is better to show results JNL or Squeeze?

Hi all! I am in the home stretch now on the weight loss - have about 14 pounds left to drop (woohoo - that's down from like 40 something so I am excited). I am ready to put weights back in my regimen but i get so bored. I enjoy Squeeze but I get a little bored even with that! I have JNL Fusion but haven't tried it yet (just delivered). Does JNL Fusion help you see your results? I am ready to see my bicep. :-)

Woodie, give JNL a go!

Her workouts are quite different and they are quite the sweat fest. What I really like about her workouts is how versatile they can be. You can either do them as is, or you can tag a couple of segments on after one of your workouts.

TOTALLY depends on you. I lost some good weight doing a 4 week Squeeze down as prescribed by Tracy. You do Full Squeeze three times a week, Power Squeeze two times a week, and cardio 4 times I week(I only fit in cardio 3X). Heavy weights don't work well for me nor do they appeal to me. BUT tons of people have great results with that method.

(And, I may not know what I'm talking about, lol~is JNL heavy weights)?

I don't know about heavy but they are traditional. I did one of the JNL's this morning and didn't care for it. I found success with squeeze a couple years ago. hmmm....

Was it the 10 min one of the full 30 min one? I suggest you try something like the shoulder one or one of the leg ones. Then the others will grow on you.

I have both workouts, but if I have to drop 14's I will go with JNL. Squeeze is good, but it don't rise my heart rate. So, I use it more for muscle endurance & definition.

JNL is not heavy weights unless you choose to lift heavy. As a matter of fact the JNL and the cast are lifting very light weights. What we are doing is choosing between 15, 12, 10 or 8 reps pretty much.

I'm done with the 8 week rotation and just took my measures this morning. I added other workouts to the rotation (abs/balance), but it was my main program. I dropped the weight I gained during a two week break, plus I reduced some inches. I'm on a target weight, the inches is what matters to me because it means that I lowered my body fat percent. Im impress with the chest gain and also with the .5 arms drop. I have well defined arms with a small tricep pop and pretty much slightly body fat on that area, and it hard to reduce them. Overall, I'm satisfied with my results.

Weight -6
Full Chest +1
Below Chest or bra line -2
Arms -.5
Waist -2
Hips -1.5
thighs -1.5

Great results Sharaz.
I am wanting to order JNL, but may have to wait a few weeks. Spent my extra $$$ on VAC.
Woodie, if you decide they are not for you let me know. I can buy them.

Congrats on your results, Sharaz!

I think JNL uses 8 lbs for most everything and most everyone else is using 3, 5, 10 and maybe 15 lbs. I finally got through this set and took notes as far as my weights and I plan on ignoring JNL and company for the most part. I'm definitely going to lift heavier with good form and at a much more controlled pace, aiming for 10-12 reps. I took the same approach with Kettlebell Kickboxing, and it worked nicely with the cardio bursts.

These are what you make them, but it'll definitely shock your body, because these are different from a lot of my workouts. Good luck with those last few pounds, way to go!
