Talking Well, shoot...

My birthday is the 30th...and that it's got more upper body (which I need more than lower body...that's my easiest body part to work)...Okay if I get these and Cardio Barre...that's got to be it!!!

Done. Thank God for Paypal...now off to get Cardio Barre...I want a barre and that's what I'm getting

ETA: Looks like I have to call on this one...later. These will be waiting for me when I finish LGI8 and my vacation in May

fuzzie--nice routine!!

I am very pleased with this purchase. I enjoy Tracy a ton! May have cost a little more,
but I can get a lot of routines out of this one dvd...

The first time I did the workout, I thought it was kinda easy in parts. Now that I've done it 4X, I'm shaking all over - arms, legs, butt! Squeeze is my new addiction! I just love this workout.

Julie, the wall section burns my butt, too. Her pointer to not lift the back ribs really zeros in on that tush.

How many times per week is everyone using this? I don't think Tracy gave a recommendation, did she?

Is a wall necessary? I don't have a wall near my TV. Well, I do, but the furniture is in the way. Could I place my feet on my Fluidity bar?

Lexy..... I asked Tracy about how often I could use it when I first got it and she said that I could use it 4 or 5 days with no problems, but if i had significant weight that i wanted to lose then it wouldn't be bad to add in some cardio in addition to watching what I stuffed into my little face (did i mention that she harasses the crap out of me about food..lol). Since I'm doing just this DVD until my 35th (june 12th ;o) then on days when i'm not doing my full squeeze (3 times a week), I mix it up with 2 days of quick squeeze and a 30 minute power walk. Sometimes I do the actual quick squeeze 30 minute workout and other time i just mix up different body parts for 30 minutes after i've done a 30 minute power walk.

Debbie the fluidity bar would be too high for the wall presses. I've got the bar and I don't think that it can be adjusted down low enough for those particular exercisers. do you have a coffee table that you can push up against the couch? Or maybe even use the couch (minus shoes) since that should still have your legs in a 90 deg. angle.
