Kelly, I am one of the bigger enablers here but I think if you have the original Squeeze and Squeeze Stronger, you don't need the lower body one itself; just use the LB premix from SS. Save your money for another workout!

Ok, I did Squeeze today and yowza!!! It is quite the workout. After 2 minutes I had to put the weights down. And I didn't even do the glute work, I have no bare wall in my workout area. I'll have to memorize that section and do it elsewhere.

What is different about Squeeze Stronger?

I like Squeeze Stronger a bit better, but I like them both.

Differences:
  • In SS, you do the arms work in "triple sets," so 3 different bicep moves, 3 sets each, same with shoulders (chest and triceps are a little different)--very tough!
  • In SS, the waist work (side bends) adds use of a stick (no weights this time), and in between sets, you do standing side kicks.
  • In SS, instead of separate chapters for pretzel/L floorwork, you do the "pretzel/clam combo," 12 total minutes of lying legwork torture!
  • In SS, instead of the Thighs & Glutes at the wall, you do more traditional Back Dancing, or pelvic lifts (there is a brief Knee Dancing segment as well.

It's harder for me to comment on the other segments (leg work, abs), because I don't often do them, but I don't think they are very different between the two workouts--someone else can correct me if I am wrong.

Have you tried just doing the glute work with your feet on the floor? You'll still get a lot work out of it that way!

You don't have to use a wall necessarily. Sometimes I use a door and sometimes the washing machine. Any vertical surface would work. Maybe the side of a couch or an armchair or something like that . . .

Thanks ladies for suggesting alternatives to the wall...I always take workouts so "literally" that I sometimes can't think outside the box - lol.

Thank you Beth for explaining the Squeeze Stronger difference.

I have slight quad doms and fairly significant triceps doms - all without weights. I guess I'll keep it after all and probably end up with SS too
