Thanks.
I have to review all the discs. It seems that the workouts are the same from week 7-12 but heavier weights. The first 6 weeks he definitely is doing it with you. I'll check it from week 7 later today. Or maybe somebody did already?

Yes, some weeks repeat (7-12 maybe, will have to look again), so there are not 36 unique workouts.

Thanks everyone for the information. I am a fan of Steve Cotter, but with my tendency to get bored by the same workout and this not being 36 unique workouts, I will sadly have to take a pass.

Looks like 18 unique workouts, which you do from weeks 1-6, and then you repeat the week 1-6 workouts during weeks 7-12, with heavier weights this time. There is no new footage for weeks 7-12. Example:

Week 1 is also week 7
Week 2 is also week 8
Week 3 is also week 9, etc.

I am really excited to have 18 unique workouts, especially at 50% off! : )

These are not chaptered, as far as I can tell.

And this is copied from the other thread:

Instruction
Ok, so far, EXCELLENT instruction. But note that this is not just a kettlebell program, so instruction includes:

Dips
Pull-ups
Roman chair
Barbell squats
Jump squats
Deadlifts
Bar Hang
Modified Pistol
Clean & jerk (long cycle)
Snatch
Double swings
Russian military press
Push press
Jerk specific squats
Farmer's hold
Pressing sit-ups

There's no music, which I'm happy about.

We build up for six weeks with a large variety of exercises then do it one more time with heavier weights. It sounds like a great periodization plan, I'm actually looking forward doing it. 18 different workouts sounds awesome to me!
The dips are easy to do anywhere, for back extension I got a roman chair but I could have used my Bosu just as well. Gotta love new toys..
Overall I can hardly wait, and might just start on Monday....

18 unique workouts still makes me consider it as I really like Steve Cotter. His instruction is always spot on.

About how long are each of the workouts?

I can't wait to get mine but I plan on starting in January. I also do not have a Roman chair so I have been in contact with Samantha. Here are her and Steve's suggestion to use for substitutions: instead dip station 2 chairs or two boxes, instead of the roman chair a swissball or a bosu, and instead of the barbell simply kbs.

How long are the workouts?

Week 1, workout 1 - about 27 minutes
Week 1, workout 2 - about 28 minutes
Week 1, workout 3 - about 28 minutes

These times do not include the warmup or cooldown time. There is one warmup and two cooldown/stretches on the guide disc.

Does this include warm up and cool down? I know those are on a different disc.
