Jan 2020 Classical Stretch/Essentrics Check In
Hope everyone had a wonderful New Years Eve and a great start to 2020!
I see Essentrics TV added a new workout with Sasha. Was he with Sarah and Miranda in one of the very early DVD's? I would love to try the streaming - but my budget won't allow it right now. Anita - please let us know how you made out with your surgery. |

Had my surgery today. Hope I get to go home Saturday. Went well Need to get home. I thought I also saw a new workout by Alexa Thank you for all the prayers Anita |

Came home today!
Thy don’t think I will need physical therapy Go back to doctor in 2 weeks The hew CS workout looks great. Sasha looks like great instructor Anita |

Mary where do you live in Illinois.? I am in the St. Louis area but grew up in Illinois. Maybe we are neighbors Has anyone done the new workout yet.? Looks good. I have been doing a few upper body CS exercises for about 1-2 minutes sitting down Anita Would’nt it be great if we could all meet and workout with Jackie Pam and I cannot remember the third person who teaches CS and do some classes? I know everyone lives in different areas-too much time on my hands now trying to keep myself busy. Can only watch so much TV and reading even though I love to read

Something about the music, the instructor, and the energy of the group is a total game changer. If you haven't ever taken a live Essentrics class, I encourage everyone to seek out an instructor and go! Even if you have to travel to attend I promise you it's worth it.
