Posting this a few days early since some of us may be very busy next week!
Grand Plans in 2020 (in no certain order)
Minimize multitasking--I don't get things done faster, it takes away the joy of some tasks, it ruins my ability to focus, and sometimes it makes me more anxious.
Focus on healthier eating--remember that some diseases and illnesses are preventable and only I can control what I eat. Cut back on sugar and increase natural fiber.
Work on building strength
Keep working with Cyric on his reactivity, trust and anxiety issues
Get more sleep!
Be less engrossed in TV and spend more time with hubby
Work on habit stacking (after I eat, train Cyric; after we walk, workout) and replacing less positive habits/activities with better alternatives (instead of baking do Sudoku or other puzzles; instead of eating another cookie do pushups or squats)
Stop procrastinating!
