Gotcha! thank you. That's helps with my planning. I'm still trying to do all the Fusion workouts ...
I'm almost thinking of doing a rotation similar to the FIRM's 90-Day Rotation, using Jessica's AAP. Such as Strength / Fusion / Cardio / Repeat for one week. Next week could be the splits/body parts. And continue like that .... just thinking ...
