Gotcha! thank you. That's helps with my planning. I'm still trying to do all the Fusion workouts ...

I'm almost thinking of doing a rotation similar to the FIRM's 90-Day Rotation, using Jessica's AAP. Such as Strength / Fusion / Cardio / Repeat for one week. Next week could be the splits/body parts. And continue like that .... just thinking ...

Neita - that is a great idea! It would be a way to really explore the different workouts in the AAP without being too strict in following a particular plan program. You can also make it work for you based on your energy level. That is always my challenge w/ following a "plan" some days I don't feel like doing X or Y - b/c it is either more or less intense than what I'm in the mood for. Doing the 90 Day Rotation in a "generic" way would enable you to tailor it to your own energy levels each day. I think I have a paper version of the 90 Day Rotation lying around.

What would you pick for the "classics"? I can guess what would work for the Hares and Tortoises but I'm not sure what would be good for the "classics" - maybe circuits or some of the fusion or walks w/ weights?
