Breathless Body 2 - whew! Mostly level 2, but some 1 and 3. I don't do tuck jumps so I did knee skips instead. I also did mountain climbers instead of quarter turn plank because I didn't know how that move would make my back feel

Kettlebell Kickboxing- Strength. Still loving these!

CharM I feel the same way about the tuck jumps and quarter turn planks! When I tried BB2 for the first time I did a few substitutions, too. That quarter turn plank just looked like an injury waiting to happen. I love the rest of that one though!

Sometimes I feel like I should try an exercise to see if my back can handle it, but I don't want to risk it. I do what I know for sure doesn't hurt my back and modify when I have to. I had planned to do up to 40 minutes, but I really liked it so I kept going. I think next time I'll do a few rounds and the finisher.
