Here is another fun HiiT workout with no repeats and very little jumping: NO REPEATS HiiT WORKOUT: TOTAL BODY MASH UP (40 min.)...it has excerpts from some of her other workouts, so sometimes Heather is wearing different outfits and shoes are on or sometimes not!
