KCM getting in on "metabolic training"

Hi all! I saw this on her FB page:
"This is an intense way to train to boost your metabolism for up to 72 hours. I am trying to design the opposite of "Start Here". Where "Start Here" gets you started, this one will help you break through a stubborn plateau. 30 Minutes to Fitness "Plateu-Buster" has been in the works for a coupple of months now, but there is still so much I have to work out. Today went really, really well! The women were pushed to their max without Burpees, endless jumps or other rambo-like moves. I have to teach it to more groups of people so I can tweak it to suit the home exerciser... with modifications and all. If I can get it where I want it, 30 Minutes to Fitness "Plateu-Buster" will be a great fit in my 30 Minutes to Fitness library.
I use heavy weights, body weight and other training techniques that are challenging, yet surprisingly not dread-inducing. It is designed to push you to perform many different moves back to back, leaving you breathless at times. Breaks are only taken when given so as to not break the flow of intensity. I will push you hard enough, with the perfect blend of moves, to increase cardio output, improve strength and stimulate your metabolism for up to 72 hours...BUT YA GOTTA WORK HARD!"

If anyone can design this type of workout with little dread factor, it's Kelly.

It sounds great. I love almost all things KCM.
I hope the name is a work in progress. Although the description is good, I don't think I'd want to pick up a workout with that title. It just seems a little... boring? Or maybe I should be quiet unless I have something better in mind. haha

I'm interested. I've wanted an intense HIIT type workout without tons of impact FOREVER.
