Should I order Slow And Heavy

I plan on ordering Cathe's new preorder and I'm getting another DVD but I'm thinking of getting Slow & Heavy. I think it might be a good sub for STS Meso3. Any thoughts?

Yes! I love slow & Heavy although - I can't go as heavy on this as with other workouts...maybe because it is slow. who knows.

anyway you won't regret it.

Slow & Heavy was the one strength workout from Cathe that I found to be a total snooze!

I've been on the fence about S&H myself!

Most of Cathe's strength work I feel just goes on and on and on...I cannot stand workouts with endless reps. I almost never do her strength work, but I reach for CLX all the time.

It seems like one of those love it or hate it workouts. I love it, although I don't do the leg portion.

If you want fun, skip it. It is sloooooow. Some find it boring, but I don't. I do wish she'd make a S&H 2 though...

I was between S & H and Pure Strength and opted for PS because the reviews indicated you could go heavy, get good strength gains, and yet PS wasn't as slow, long and rep intensive as S&H.
