What does “chamber” mean?

Kelly Coffey Meyer uses the term in one of her workouts - I can’t remember exactly, but something like chamber your knee or leg. And I just watched a Cathe clip where she uses the term. Can someone tell me what they are referring to? Thanks!

Bringing the knee in towards the chest to prep for a kick.

You're practicing the prep move to a kick.

Similar to chambering a round in a gun
