Mizach,

NOW Seriously, Why would you want to do that NOW? Its only JANUARY! Imagine the systems that might be lurking out there just waiting to pull you in!

They should try the "grave diggers" with the ball on the small of their back, which is how I do it. If the ball falls off, that means I'm twisting my body too much. Having even a yoga block back there really helps keep track of hip alignment.

Carry on...

Actually I noticed they were moving their back too much in the clip. I guess I got used to Combat and they make a big point of not moving your shoulders much when you go to forearm and back up again.

This is my second system this year. The first is Zuzana's but that's cheap.

I plan to do those grave diggers on my knees.

Did they have a 4 pound one? I got the 6 pound one when I ordered, but am trying to find somewhere that has a 4 pound one...just in case I try the 6 and it is too heavy, then I will know where to get a lighter one.

8 was the lightest one in the store. I tried googling online and never saw a 4 lber.

I'd like to know this, too. But I'm not counting on it since it was quite a while before they would even ship the original set to Canada.
