Foundation training DVD

I heard about the book from a Bargain thread. This is supposed to help with back pain and improve posture, core strength etc. If any of you have either used the book or preordered DVD, please post your thoughts.

Here is the Bargain Watch thread ( the book is available on Kindle for $2.99)

YAY!
I have the book, and love it, but like with most hard-copy exercise routines, I was wishing there was a DVD.

So, if someone has the book and gets the DVD, can you let us know if we need BOTH, or if the DVD is enough?

I love books, but can not for the life of me crack open a book on fitness.

I purchased the Kindle version for $2.99, when it went on sale last month and want to revisit it now. I viewed the 22 minute Youtube demo and get the basic moves. I hope the DVD has a more animated presenter--he about put me to sleep. Really interested in this though and I can overlook the monotone instructions. I believe he is a doctor, which explains the dryness (!) somewhat.

Thanks Kathyrn and Debbie.

Kathryn: Did you buy it yet?
Debbie: Thanks for letting us know about the longer clips. They are fairly long clips which should be enough to get started.

HI! Did you receive your DVD yet? I am interested in this one (have the book and ebook) but I haven't seen anyone post that they have it in hand yet.

THanks!

I got it yesterday, but haven't had time to preview (and probably won't until this weekend: it's starting out to be a very busy semester!).

The cover description of what it contains looks good, though!
