Has anyone heard anything about a new Pam Cosmi dvd called Cardio Sculpt. I just saw it as a new item on fitnessfly.com
She also has a new one called Step in Rhythm.
They look tempting but no clips, no reviews, no details!

The two titles mentioned in the original post are definitely older titles. I have both. Steppin' in Rhythm is fun if you like complex choreography (I do). Pam plays a lot with the rhythm unlike anyone else I know of (5-count moves anyone?).

Cardio Sculpt I can't get into. Unfortunately, Pam must have been nervous or had a dry mouth. She was constantly making weird mouth movements that I found totally distracting. It wasn't noticeable in the step workout because you're turning so much and trying to watch what she was doing with her feet. But standing there doing bicep curls face-to-face was entirely different.
