Here is an update that I received from Michael. I asked further questions about the deluxe and basic packages and what exactly is included in each package, because the basic package that I ordered was cancelled.

"OK, here's the latest... I believe the deluxe package has been cancelled but the basic program of just the workouts... All 7 including the bonus is included with the basic package. I am really hesitant in saying that because there seems to be a few "glitches" as they call it. I have called and ordered my own product just to get a sense of what everyone else is experiencing and admittedly, this definitely is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. Again, i apologise for the energy drain. I am raising hell on my end and believe me, your letters are being heard."

Hmm . . i all the workouts come in the basic package, (that was $80, right) . . the hand weights and jump rope were $40? So confusing. I thought the deluxe was $120 containing the extra workouts . . anyways, I haven't ordered yet, but I adore Michael and plan to do so as soon as things get straightened out. Thanks everyone for the updates!

I think I will wait for the dust to settle, before I order this one. Sounds like a great workout, just lousy distribution. Michael sounds like such a sweetheart.
