ETA: I use Zoom for work, but it's the professional version, so there's no 40 minute limit, and scheduling is within the system. Hi everyone, happy weekend. I had one of those "everything went wrong" days yesterday and haven't been feeling well - like I'm coming down with something, biting nails!
I tried Kassandra's newest yin and it is wonderful. Chill Out Yin Yoga for Your Nervous System. I'm usually a 20 / 30 minute yogini but this one I was wishing was an hour. And bolster is positively delicious looking. Also found a new meditation channel, Ask Angels with Melanie Beckler. Paine - it's good to see you being excited about a workout! Sherry, your workout sounds fun and easygoing. Beth and Pam - thank you for the feedback. Ugh, how I wish I'd never agreed to administer this group. Roll Eyes! |
