Oh yes! Now I can stream them on my tablet and do at the gym since I don't have weight equipment at home beyond 8 lbs.

I did one of the workouts posted on her channel. "Gin Miller's Seated Strength and Cardio." It isn't led by Gin, but two women I haven't heard of.

It was nice, though a bit too easy for me. I did it sitting on a resistance ball.

One part cracked me up. After the strength section they do some stretches and Josie says, "Some people, like Joy, who was a Rockette, are very flexible. She's older than I am, and she can stretch much farther than I can." Joy then says, "What a friend!"

LOL!
