My workout yesterday was Jessica Smith 1 Mile Motivation Walk from Walk Strong 3, Margaret Richards Beauty to the Bone Lower Body workout 1 which is all floor work. She does a million reps though so I only did what I felt I could right now. Then I did a plank on my knees and held as long as I could. I then finished my workout up with JS bonus stretch from WS3. I’m getting my thyroid biopsy redone on Monday so can’t take any Aleve or anything from today until after the procedure so I didn’t want to over do anything and aggravate my hip before then. After Monday I will push it a little more.

Vannie - Thanks for sharing the video. I’ll check it out!

JBliff - My TENS machine I ordered came yesterday but didn’t try it since I wasn’t hurting and I needed to charge it up. Glad your hip is feeling better.

Karen - Stay warm down there.

Hi guys. I took an extra rest day today because I did 2 tough OT workouts in a row and just felt beat. Tomorrow morning we are rucking about 5 miles. It will be cold at first.

Cher what a great idea to try Margaret Richard. Seems like those small movements do a lot of work without as much stress on your spine and some joints.

It’s getting late. I will have more time to visit tomorrow. Kareng

Workout yesterday was Eoin Finn Power Yoga for Happiness Daily Dose of Bliss. ❤️ I had to modify a few twists since I’m not supposed to do that but otherwise, all was good.

Karen - I’m sure that rest day was well deserved! You do some tough workouts!

JBliff - I should checkout AM Yoga for your Week from the library and give it another try. I really have to add in more yoga and stretching.

Waves to Vannie & Gibbee!

Hi all. My workout yesterday was ICE Bootcamp Circuit.

Cher - I've committed to doing more yoga and stretching this year and so far, based on my workout log, I've already exceeded the amount of time I spent stretching and doing yoga in all 2017. I need to revisit the Eoin Finn yoga DVD.

Karjoy - Yes, you do some pretty tough workouts. It's good to take a rest day once in a while. I was reading a thread on another forum about someone who walks 4-7 miles a day in addition to 90 minutes of weight training or cardio every day and wondered why she couldn't build any muscles and didn't feel good.

Waves to Gibbee and Vannie.

I'm taking a totally lazy day today. Not sure we'll even go for walks. I'm even still in my pajamas!
