Cathe/FIRM/KCM/Yoga/Walking - We do it all February Sweethearts!!

I didn’t see a February thread, so here goes....this was my post from yesterday.

Hi!

Yesterday was groceries as anticipated, but I made up for it today!

I walked the dogs for an hour, then I did a 20 minute Peloton country ride - fun! Then I followed that up with Lite PHA 2 (1A, 2A, 2B Premix). Whew! I had the time and didn’t want to waste it!

Hi!

Today was another hour-Long walk with the dogs, and then I push mowed the yard three times. We have sod, and this time of year you need to cut the thatch out of it by layers. Anyway, according to Fitbit, I have about 150 minutes of exercise today. Now for a much needed shower and to cook for the Super Bowl.

Hi and happy February

Jen, thank you for starting us off with such an awesome fun title too! Love it

I have been doing my barre and yoga everyday in February, so far.

Amazingly unlike February sunny 60s day here! I take it for sure

Hi wonderful friends.

Today was barre and yoga again.

I am off to Costa Rica for a few days, leading my yoga adventure and retreat. I might be able to check in and say hello. As for exercise I know it’s going to be yoga, hiking, swimming and horse back riding. I am going to not do barre, even though I can get the online barre. A bit of a break from it would be good

Bita - Have fun in Costa Rica! How wonderful!

Monday and Tuesday have been very busy at work with late evenings. I pray today settles down and I get my workout in this evening.

Hi!

I had a terrible week, workout-wise, last week. Yesterday I went home after work and made myself do TheFIRM Vol. 4. That is the first one I started out with, and I used to own that workout! It was tough for me yesterday!! I should have my butt kicked for allowing myself to get in this shape. That one will become easy again!

The weather here is terrible this week with torrential rains, so it's hard to get going in the morning. I'm going to get something in again this afternoon after work.

Incredible place. Have done yoga, hiking and swimming. Lots of exploring.

Hi Everyone-

Bita- glad you had a great time!

I finally felt ok to do a workout, so I did Cathe Live- Cardio Core Challenge (1/30/20). Not an easy one. I think I have to start incorporating some more core, as I feel like a jelly roll when I attempt these exercises!
