Keep on posting

So I don’t forget, have a record when I go home and don’t have as much to catch up on. I do like the abundance of smileys I can use with the iPad, so there’s that consolation !! Guess it’s a good trade for no other formatting!

2/4/2020: another run/walk with Oliver and the Peloton app. Again, flawless. I used map my walk, but somehow the heart rate monitor didn’t sync. Oops *♀️*♀️ Sometimes it’s just fun to do. Sans all the numbers! Forgot to mention (editing to add): 2 stretch workouts. 25 minutes worth. I needed it. Both peloton, both hannah Marie Corbin . One floor, one chair. Ahhhhhhh

I am still on an every day streak. Peloton is something like 62...

For here? 35/366

Make it a great day.
Waves to all.

Trying to stay on top of things and check in regularly!
Cleda - glad you arrived safely! Good job continuing your everyday streak while traveling. My sons bought me a keyboard for my iPad for some holiday, and I love it!
Helen - I was thinking of donating all of my CIAs since I never use them. Now I have to rethink that.

2/4 - run day! I did my reservoir run, 3.6 miles and felt really good with fewer walking breaks. Increasing the intensity of my workouts is really paying off! I did stop for while in the parking lot when I saw a couple I used to work with, so there was a long break while we chatted. I’m still counting it as a win!
Today will be an easier day.

Tabata

Or a couple of tough (max type anything, tabata, fartleks , etc) really ups the training!!! So glad it’s working for you Lili. Interesting on the keyboard. I tried one years ago and didn’t like it. Maybe they’ve improved?

02/05/2020: did a 45 minute walk with Rebecca Kennedy (peloton) it was slow. I’m weary. Combination of workouts and some stress. The walk felt like it was needed. The playlist was cute. Starting with Dolly Partons 9-5. Had some Olivia Newton john, Madonna, and others I can’t think of right now. Did my pokemoning while walking so skipped the park.

That’s it. Waves to all!

And ... no one is here

Which means it’s like talking to myself. (I’m good at that) hahahahahaha

02/06/2020: took it outside with the Peloton app for a 60 minute run/ walk with Matty. It was good. I’m pretty beat. Soon it will be home to the bike.

Make it a great day.
Waves to all!

I'm here Cleda!

2/5 - 3 miles with Leslie. Actually, the first mile was a Men's Walk with Nick, then 2 more with Leslie.
2/6 - RPM #83, the 45 minute one. It's not part of the rotation, I just wanted something knee friendly and tough!

I almost caved on the Cathe pre-sale today. Only $40! But then I would need to buy something else to get free shipping. And then I realized that I have workouts from her that I haven't tried yet. So I hit delete! I'm proud of myself!

And I am proud of you too

Lili!!! I was close. Went thru the same thought process and remembered I have a gazillion still in shrink wrap and just how many ways can we lift a dumbbell????

So, I too passed it up.

We can be proud together.

And honestly? She should have made a couple extra dvds, making the price point $50 and done free shipping. Probably would have had a lot more impulse buyers. Just my thoughts!!!!

Dancin’ with myself ... ala David bowie

Lili .... come back.

Ok, I’m just being silly now.

Couldn’t face another run/walk. It rained last night and it was a little chilly out (by Florida standards) . Was NOT Feeling the love.

Soooo. I did my Pokemon/Harry Potter stuff , came home and (all Peloton):

02/07/2020: all Christine ~~ arms (5 minutes with cans of olives for weights), abs (dead bug — my favorite) and 20 minutes legs. (All squats and lunges) fairly certain I’ll be like, huh tomorrow!!!!

Make it a great day.
Hope to have a bike ride to report tomorrow.
Waves to all.

I'm here Cleda! Congrats on not buying the Cathe pre-sale, too! Especially when we both seem to be doing streaming workouts most of the time. I agree that if she added a DVD and got the price up to free shipping, I might have caved.

2/7 - BodyPump #107, 55 minutes. I think I'm going to be sore tomorrow!

Have a great weekend Everydayers!

I'm here (Saturday morning)

LILI
CIAs - Using them is much easier since converting them to DVD, with chapters; but they will always be GOOD workouts!
Cathe's Perfect 30 - ordered. The boundary for free postage IS a problem. I invariably add something to hit the $50 mark.
Progress - being able to notice improvement feels SO good doesn't it?
Non-swim dog - Glad it's not just Alice. She's the first dog I've ever had that didn't ADORE swimming.
Derby - mixed feelings, happy to be back, but shoulder still not good enough to participate FULLY in contact training.

CLEDA
Sorry you were forced to reply to yourself a couple of times.
Harry Potter - are there Pokemon Go characters from HP?
DVDs in shrink wrap - Don't know HOW you can do that! As soon as they arrive, they get unwrapped! Not necessarily DONE, but the breakdowns go into my database straight away. Agreed, though, that the number of virgins I have is overwhelming, but then I DO aim to do EVERY possible mix (hence the CIA 9004 - Hilo + Abs recently)
Florida - So you're home now? Back up north? Am I right that you're in New Jersey? So Florida would be a loooooong way away then!

Feb 6/29
2020 32/366

Wed., 5th Feb
brisk walking 70min, back Walking for school sport.
gym buddy Kathryn had surgery Wed. so won't be door-knocking to jump for 6 weeks (official advice) - walking only.
Thu./Fri., 6-7th Feb
TURDS
Sat., 8th Feb
dog walk, 60min
will do something this afternoon/evening as well I expect.

FitBit Flex 2 stopped working, tried an old One - no-go; now have a Charge 3.
Having a new one, with extra features, and buddy down for 6 weeks - I'm all fired up for:
1) NOT to let work stop me
2) Rage into the new Derby year
3) Make an obvious difference before buddy Kathryn rejoins me in 6 weeks
4) Push those heart rate zones, now that it's tracking 24/7

HONEY, KAY, & past members who just MAY be lurking!
WAVES!!

Heading out soon to visit buddy with DH, then home to jump, then....
do some school work.
