I did the sliding disk workouts (which I love) and also didn't think they were much fun.

It was miles per minute but it was only those 15 second intervals. I doubt I could maintain that for even a minute!

Thanks, buff. I'd say 9:50-10:10 m/m is a much more comfortable and sustainable pace range for me!

Tonight I ran alone, 2.7 mi for wk4 day3 of the 10k trainer. Just finished my PT exercises. Tmrw I need to do the hip traction with band and psoas release with Alpha ball again.

They were definite leg burners.

The last rebounder intervals workout was a lot tougher than the classes I did last week. I am not a fan of the on/off movements. I have to tone down the moves in order not to trip getting on and off the rebounder so quickly. It was good for cardio in spite of modifying.

Just PT tonight. I added banana pose. Ahhhhhh, so good! I did do psoas release and hip traction before the exercises.

OMG! I just filled out a form to enter a drawing for the NYC Marathon! OK, the chances are slim, but I mean really! Talk about go big or go home. People are notified in 2 weeks. I think I just pulled a Sandy...

You two are funny. Why not throw your hat in the ring? It's supposed to be an amazing marathon.

Fingers crossed.

Tonight Cyric and I finished week 1 of ZR5k, 2.54 min 34 min. His heart wasn't in it tonight. You know how some people run with an open parachute behind them for resistance? Yeah...Cyric was my parachute. I dropped him off at the house after the intervals again.

I'm thinking of doing a 5 mile trail run in August.
