What are some fun cardio you are using right now?

Looking for something in the 30 min range. I know there are so many choices just can't make up my mind. What are you using these days?

I really enjoy Jessica Smith's cardio workouts on her YouTube/Jessica Smith TV channel. Today, I did a 30 min Cardio Abs/Kickboxing routine. Fun, and simple basic steps. She has a ton of stuff to choose from.

I like KCM's boxing/kickboxing from her 30 Minutes to Fitness series for cardio:

Kickboxing
Train Like a Contender (TLC)
Stepboxing
Cardio Pump (DVD has 1 cardio workout and 1 strength workout)

I've been using ICE Blizzard Blasts a lot lately. They are fantastic as add on's or to mix in with your workouts. ICE offers so much more than meets the eye! what a great series.

This may not appeal to everyone, but I've got to rave about the treadmill running program I'm doing from a book my husband bought. I'm not a "runner", ie. I enjoy running as a way to add variety to my cardio, but running outside hurts my joints so I've always done my running on my treadmill. I have slowly jogged two 5K's and walk/jogged one 10K outside, but that's it for my running resume.

I love this book. I definitely feel it is taking my running up a notch and I feel great and pain free. I'm just finishing the 3rd week of the introductory workout and then after that there is a 6 week program. You basically run 3 days a week and the rest of the days you do what you want. He suggests yoga and some strength training. The first few runs are about 20 minutes and now they are 30 minutes.
