Les Mills on Demand

Les Mills has a new demand service that includes Bodypump, Bodycombat, Grit, RPM, and several others. It looks like the workouts are 30 minutes, and I'm not sure if you have access to the masterclasses.

There is a 10 day free trial, and you do have to enter your credit card. It's 12.99 a month.

Forgive me if this has been posted, I did a search.

OMG! Thank you! I must look into this!! I really love the Les Mills Classes.

This looks good. I don't think these are master classes. But I adore the 30 minute time frame. There are only 4 or 5 classes in each format, but, for the free trial at least (I know SSOD starts with a limited number of classes and adds more - not sure if this is the same or not). The types of classes offered: LES MILLS GRIT+ (HIIT Training - most workouts are 20 minutes), BODYBALANCE/BODYFLOW+ (The new-yoga, Pilates and tai chi workout), BODYCOMBAT+, BODYPUMP+, CXWORX+ (Core focused), RPM+ (spin), SH’BAM (hip hop dance - I previewed one and Rachel really is dripping sweat - I didn't think that girl sweated for anything).

I'm very excited to have these. I previewed Combat - they look much faster than the Beachbody workouts.

Grit looks TOUGH! One of the rounds was a pyramid - 1 set, 2 sets and 3 sets - of power lunges (one set is both legs) and burpees - for a minute. Yikes.

Oh and for you music buffs it's later music - watching a CXWORX workout - I just heard One Republic's "Counting Stars"

Did you already sign up? I wanted to see a preview without entering a credit card but I didn't see anything, maybe I missed something.

I signed up and cancelled. I'll get the free trial for 10 days. I would have kept it, but the classes are only 30 minutes long, meaning that they cut the workouts midway through the workout. Now, if the full classes were available, I would keep it.

Good point - but I don't mind that. I want to take a few together, and I always do my own cool down and stretch anyway.

Besides It's Body Pump, Body Combat and Sh'Bam that are like that. The others are complete.

I love bodypump - I am so tempted to sign up for these. I really wish I could preview the grit series and others before having to sign up.

You get a 10 day trial. You can cancel before they charge your card. Grit reminds me a lot of Insanity Max 30 with the types of exercises. HIIT oriented and very much true HIIT - all athletic moves.

I did ask them about full length classes. They responded right away - I was impressed. They thanked me for my input and said it was an excellent idea. Other than that, they were fairly non-committal except that they will pass on the idea.
